We want to inform you that we will soon start continually validating SPF and DKIM settings for domains of email addresses used in branding.
Here’s what that means:
In the first phase, you will only receive notifications to inform you about the brands that need attention.
Besides the notifications, you can also see the status of invalid brands in the portal. After correcting the SPF and DKIM configuration, you can issue a brand update to validate the configuration and clear the error.
Starting on January 5th we will start resetting brands to our fallback sender address when the configuration is not corrected within 7 days.
Our fallback/default sender email will be changed from forwarder[@]realtimeregister.com to reply[@]mydomainprovider.com from the 5th of January.
