We now support ACME subscriptions for Sectigo, enabling automated certificate issuance and lifecycle management via the ACME protocol for both DV and OV certificates.
This allows service providers to streamline SSL management and reduce manual handling across the certificate lifecycle.
What this enables
With an ACME subscription, a subscription is created for specific domain name(s). During the subscription period, the operator of the ACME client can issue certificates for those domains as needed.
In practice, this means certificate automation takes place directly within the ACME client environment, managed by the ACME client operator. This supports scalable, repeatable certificate deployment without manual re-issuance processes.
DigiCert update: AuthKey available, ACME planned
For DigiCert certificates, AuthKey remains available as the current supported automation method.
DigiCert ACME support is planned for a later stage. No timeline has been announced yet. We will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
