Branding
How to brand the emails sent by Realtime Register: After logging in, click in the left hand menu on "Account > Branding". Some information has been prefilled based on your account details.
The information entered is used in all mandatory communication that Realtime Register sends to the registered domain holders on your behalf.
Our Knowledge Base article offers extensive information on how to update your branding.
Text addition
You can add your own text to the mandatory emails. Your additional text is added below the standard text and can be in an alternative language. Using the header template, you can then add text to the top of the emails to draw attention to the additional explanatory text at the bottom of the email.
HTML / images
You can upload your own logo as an image and edit email and web templates as plain text and HTML. Through this functionality you can ensure your own corporate identity is used in all communications with your customers. This way, your customers will recognize the messages and be more prone to act accordingly.
