DigiCert has announced a pricing adjustment for its Public Trust (CertCentral) products. The updated SSL prices will be visible in your Realtime Register portal.

Effective 7 April 2026, DigiCert will increase prices for Public Trust products within DigiCert® CertCentral.

SIDN, the registry operator for the .nl domain, has announced that the .nl registry will migrate to a new platform called Hello Registry on 1 September 2026.
This migration will largely be handled on our side. Our team is already preparing the necessary platform updates to ensure that .nl domain operations continue to function smoothly.

We now support ACME subscriptions for Sectigo, enabling automated certificate issuance and lifecycle management via the ACME protocol for both DV and OV certificates.
This allows service providers to streamline SSL management and reduce manual handling across the certificate lifecycle.
What this enables
With an ACME subscription, a subscription is created for specific domain name(s). During the subscription period, the operator of the ACME client can issue certificates for those domains as needed.

An important update: DigiCert has postponed the start date for DNSSEC validation.
Originally scheduled for 24 February 2026, validation will now begin on 3 March 2026 at 17:00 UTC (18:00 CET).
From that moment, DigiCert will validate DNSSEC (when enabled) as part of:
- Domain Control Validation (DCV)
- CAA checks
This change follows the updated TLS Baseline Requirements.
What this means for you
DNSSEC is optional.
If DNSSEC is not enabled on your certificate domains, you are not impacted and no action is required.
