Extendify has released version 3.1, bringing a range of updates designed to make website creation, editing and management easier for end users.
As part of the Realtime Register portfolio, Extendify helps hosting providers and digital service providers offer a more guided WordPress experience to their customers. This latest update focuses on simplifying everyday website tasks, improving design flexibility and giving partners more control over the user journey.
One of the key additions in Extendify v3.1 is Quick Edit mode. This gives users a simpler way to make common website changes directly from the front end of their site.
Instead of immediately navigating through the full WordPress editing experience, users can quickly adjust content such as text, images, buttons, navigation, logos, social links and form fields from the front end. For WooCommerce sites, product information such as names, prices, descriptions and images can also be updated more easily.
For customers who need more advanced control, the full block editor remains available.
Extendify v3.1 also introduces a simplified toolbar for new users after they complete the Launch flow. The goal is to reduce unnecessary complexity and make the next steps clearer. From the toolbar, users can access the AI Agent, switch on Quick Edit, open the block editor or go to WP Admin.
For less experienced WordPress users, like most of the end users, this can help prevent confusion and create a smoother first experience after site creation.
The update also improves the design selection experience. After completing the Extendify launch, users can explore a wider range of design options and preview different styles directly on their website before applying them.
This gives customers more flexibility to find a look that fits their business, without needing to start over or manually rebuild key design elements.
Extendify v3.1 includes updated header styles and more personalised calls to action. Depending on the type of website, users may see relevant options such as social links, phone numbers or buttons.
These updates help created websites feel more modern and better aligned with the needs of each customer from the start.
Next to all of the above, the newest version includes several practical improvements for partners and end users, including:
Some of the larger changes, including Quick Edit mode and the simplified toolbar, are being enabled through feature flags. They are scheduled to become available on 29 June 2026.
Extendify helps service providers offer a more accessible WordPress website-building experience to their customers. With version 3.1, the platform continues to focus on reducing complexity, improving usability and helping customers get from website creation to website management with more confidence.
